Returns & Refunds
If you contact Fattroll within 3 hours of placing your order, it is possible to cancel your order. This also applies to pre-ordered products. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 14 days for an exchange or refund. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on our products that have been personalized. We are also unable to offer exchanges or refunds on products that are on clearance or discounted. Refunds will only be issued to your original payment method.
After receiving your purchase, please let us know if you would like to exchange one or more items. If you would like to exchange one or more items (this does not apply to items that have been personalized), please email email@example.com with your order number, the item you would like to exchange, and the item you would like to replace with another. Once we receive your exchange request, we will provide you with an RMA number to include with the item you are returning.
Please note that any additional postage costs incurred as a result of exchanging or returning an item will be your responsibility and the return of the new item will be dependent on us receiving the additional postage costs. Once these have been received by us, the new item will be dispatched immediately. If you are returning an item for a refund, the original postage costs cannot be refunded.
Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all tags attached as any returns that do not meet our guidelines will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We strongly recommend that you use registered or special mail when returning items, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the mail. All goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.
Exchange requests received outside of the above time frame will not be accepted. For all exchanges, unless the item is faulty, you will need to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please note that international duties and sales taxes incurred on the return of a product are non-refundable.
Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. At Fattroll, we make every effort to thoroughly inspect your purchase for any errors before we ship it to you. All items returned as faulty will be inspected upon receipt, and items subject to normal wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to report the fault, please make your request clear when contacting firstname.lastname@example.org about the fault.
Returns of faulty goods must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid when you returned the item to us.
We strongly recommend that you use registered or special delivery postage when returning items to us, as we cannot refund items that are lost in the post. All goods remain your responsibility until we have received them.
Refunds or replacements are at the sole discretion of Fattroll.
