We offer global registered mail shipping on all orders from EU. Orders are normally dispatched within 24-48 hours.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Most custom orders are made and dispatched within 2-5 working days.
Shipping Time
Standard registered mail:
USA & Canada: 10-22 working days (may take less or more depending on your location and time it takes for the package to be cleared from customs)
EUROPE: 3-14 days (in most European destinations the packages are received within a week)
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 10-30 days
Express shipping: 4-10 days (cost ranges between 35 – 100 EUR depending on location and ordered quantity)

Customs and Duties
We ship from EU, so customs and duty fees are NOT included in the price for all countries outside of the European Union and the European Union Customs Union (EUCU). Please consult with your local government to find out more about import duties and taxes.
However, please mind that:
1. Andorra, San Marino and Turkey are each in a customs union with the EU. No taxes will be imposed on the package from us.
2. In USA: packages whose declared value is under $800 ($100 if being sent as a gift to someone other than the purchaser) will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP and the duty rate for such items is typically zero.
Due to Covid-19 some deliveries may experience delays. Please also note that deliveries to the UK may face further delays. We register every order online and provide all the necessary customs declarations, however some delays may occur. Thank you for your patience during this period.
