If you contact us within 3 hours of placing your order, cancellation is possible. This applies to both regular and pre-ordered products. Please email us at info@fattrol.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

You can return items within 14 days of purchase for an exchange or refund, provided they are new, unused, and have all tags attached. We cannot accept returns on personalized, discounted, or clearance items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

To request an exchange, email us at info@fattrol.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and your desired replacement. We’ll provide you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the item. Please note that you are responsible for postage costs, and we recommend using registered mail as items remain your responsibility until we receive them.

For exchanges and returns (unless the item is faulty), you are responsible for any postage costs. Refunds do not include original postage fees. For international returns, duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.

If your item was faulty upon delivery, please email us at info@fattrol.com to report the issue. We’ll inspect returned items and, if eligible, offer a replacement if available or issue a refund. Return postage costs for faulty items will be reimbursed. We recommend using registered mail, as items remain your responsibility until received by us.
