Shipping policy
NORMAL ORDERS
We ship worldwide from the European Union. Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after purchase.
Our default shipping option is Standard Shipping, which uses national postal carrier services and does not include tracking. This option allows us to offer a more affordable shipping price to our customers.
If you would like to track your parcel, you can select the Registered / Tracked Shipping upgrade at checkout.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Most custom orders are produced and dispatched within 1–5 working days.
Shipping Time
Standard Shipping (no tracking)
USA & Canada: 10–22 working days (delivery time may vary depending on location, customs clearance and local postal services).
Europe: 3–14 working days (most European destinations receive their package within about one week).
Australia, New Zealand & Oceania: 10–30 working days.
Registered / Tracked Shipping (upgrade)
If you prefer to track your shipment, you can select Registered / Tracked Shipping at checkout. This service includes tracking information for your parcel.
Express Shipping
Express shipping typically takes 4–10 working days. The cost usually ranges between €35 – €100 depending on the destination and order size.
Express delivery is available upon request and is usually more economical for larger orders.

Customs, Tariffs & International Deliveries
All orders are shipped from the European Union. For countries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on local regulations.
United States: Due to current tariff regulations, import policies may change from time to time. However, our shipments to the USA are normally delivered without additional taxes or charges to the customer.
Please note that due to the current global economic and geopolitical instability, including tariffs, inflation, and changes in international logistics, occasional shipping delays may occur. While we prepare all necessary customs documentation, processing times at customs and local postal services are beyond our control.
